Does it cost anything to work with you as a buyer?
In most cases, nothing out of pocket. The seller's side usually pays the buyer's agent commission. We'll go through exactly how it works, in writing, before you commit.
Do I need a pre-approval before we look at homes?
You can start looking without one, but a pre-approval tells you your real budget and makes your offer stronger. We can connect you with our mortgage partners.
How long does it take to buy?
From a few weeks to a few months, depending on how specific your must-haves are. Closing usually follows 30 to 90 days after an accepted offer.
Can you help me buy before I sell?
Yes. We'll plan the timing so you don't carry two homes for long or rush either side.
