The practice began where it still lives: on the streets between the Credit River and the lake. Twenty-five years of west-end transactions, from estate sales in Lorne Park and village houses in Port Credit to first condos in City Centre, taught one durable lesson: the market rewards the well-advised.
Most of the business comes from referrals: clients who felt looked after, not processed. The client list stays deliberately short so that every file gets principal-level attention; there is no team hand-off, and no script.
The work spans both sides of a move: brokerage representation through Real Estate Professional Group, and mortgage advice under an Ontario licence. One conversation covers the home and the money behind it.
